With over thirty years of experience in organization and leadership development, Cindy Zook Associates (CZA) serves an extensive array of domestic and international clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors. We lead and facilitate results-driven processes for Cabinet-level Secretaries, heads of Agencies and Global Fortune 500 / 1000 CEOs, Boards and their teams. We are skilled at working with technical people in every discipline and across every sector. We facilitate groups from 5 to 500 and work with individuals and teams at every level.
At CZA we have certain foundational principles that shape the way we work:
We bring tremendous energy and intentional focus to a fast-paced, effective process. Clients tell us they accomplish more than they ever believed possible in a short amount of time. We quickly shape and synthesize conversations and strategies into coherent, actionable plans, providing clients outstanding return on investment.
We use a highly interactive, collaborative method, creating a compelling vision for change. The streamlined process is expertly tailored to the needs of the client. Participants are inspired to roll up their sleeves, with a new understanding of how to leverage their strengths for collective action. These are not theoretical, “pie-in-the-sky” conversations or “touchy-feely” exercises. Our approach stimulates positive, enduring behaviors that dramatically increase the team’s impact on the organization and their world.
With a strong bias toward producing high-impact results, we do not work on the margin. We co-create impactful strategies with tangible deliverables and clear accountability. These actionable plans drive resource choices, workload assignments, and more. Our leadership and facilitation help focus our clients on delivering important outcomes that matter to the organization’s customers and stakeholders.
